At 8:45 pm Saturday evening, QFD and LEMSA were dispatched to Rt. 472 and Noble Road in Colerain Township for a Class 1 Vehicle Accident. Just after dispatch, the assignment was upgraded to entrapment which added Bart Township Fire Company Engine 51-1. Chief 571 (Henry) arrived with a two-vehicle accident with one vehicle on its side. One person was confined in one vehicle, two were confined in the other.
Rescue 57 and Engine 572 arrived and stabilized the vehicle on its side and cut the roof to remove the two occupants. The other occupant from car #2 was removed without the need for hydraulic rescue tools. Engine 51-1 crew assisted with the rescue.
QFD and Bart Township Fire Police and Squad 572 controlled and directed traffic in the area until the roadway was clear. The Company was in service about 1 hour.
