Tonight, members continued training on agricultural rescue focusing on entrapment and removal of a victim from a skid loader incident. After an overview of the skid loader, its hazards and operation, the crews worked on an entrapment of a victim between the body and lift system.
Multiple different stabilization points were gone over, as well as several lift systems. We utilized hydraulic spreaders, bottle jacks, a floor jack, hi lift jack and a ratchet strap, all working with various abilities and limits.
After the entanglement scenarios, the members worked on patient removal through the back of the skid loader using ladders, a backboard, and the FAST Board (which worked best).
We finished up cutting the rollover protection cage.

Thanks to everyone who put this together and all the volunteers who put in a great night training.
