Barn Fire In Wakefield

Just before 9 am Friday, Engine 574, 572, Tanker and Trck 57 and Squad 572 with QFD Fire Police responded to assist the Robert Fulton FC on a barn fire at 1166 Furniss Rd in Fulton Township. Engine 893 arrived with fire showing from a 40’x50′ barn and put the deck gun in service, which knocked down a good bit of fire. 89 units placed lines in service while Truck 57 set up with a crew going inside and a crew to the roof. Tanker 57 assisted with water supply and both of the engines manpower assisted with overhaul.
