At 9:12 am Friday morning, Engine 574, Truck 57, Tanker 57 and Squad 572 responded to the 1400 block of Kirkwood Pike in Colerain Township for a chimney fire. Units arrived to find a very clogged chimney on fire. After verifying that there was no extension, the fire in the chimney was extinguished and the Company cleared.
During this run, an additional crew handled a medical emergency in Quarryville Borough with Squad 571.
