Every year before harvest season begins, QFD members normally train on farm and agricultural emergencies. Tonight, we went to SA Kreider Farms to look at and discuss different equipment and farming practices that can trap or injure farm workers. As you can see in the pictures, this is a large farming operation with a
lot of large equipment. Plenty of good tips were passed on from prior emergencies and training.

Later in the evening, Fire Chief Jared Null of Cochranville Fire Company gave us an overview of a farm equipment / heavy machinery incident that they recently had.
Thanks to everyone who put this together and to all who attended.
