As the snow continues to fall, the temperature drops and the winds pick up this weekend, please use caution on the roadways and while you are out. There may be icy spots or areas where snow drifts across the roadway making driving hazardous.
On Friday morning, QFD responded to an accident on Robert Fulton Highway (Rt. 222) just North of Little Britain Road North in East Drumore Township. Luckily, there were no injuries.
Also, remember to give the plow/salt truck operators plenty of room on the roadways to do their jobs of keeping the streets and highways cleared. They will be working all weekend to help make commuting safer, and the least we all can do is help them by staying out of their way.
